The app accesses only the YouTube channel of the person who authorizes it, and only to read and update the title and privacy status of that channel's own live broadcasts.
The OAuth token is stored only on the owner's PC. No data is sent to any server other than Google's APIs, nothing is shared with third parties, and nothing is collected about anyone else.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
